Join us for a morning mindfulness, empowerment & awareness in support of, SAAVE, a very critical program provided by Westchester Medical Center.
This event will be led by Karen Betten owner of Limitless Living!
The Art of Change; A Franklin Method Workshop to Harness the Power of Change Through Imagery + Movement.
Honing the capacity to sense + feel one’s own body when in movement, not only encourages the natural ability of the brain + nervous system to change, called neuroplasticity, but it also builds self awareness during everyday movements in life. The result is that each participant begins to build the capacity to be their own agent of change, not just on a mat, but while moving about in the daily activities of life. When faced with either stressful emotional challenges or physical ones, students are armored with tools that will guide them to harness their inherent ability to change their own experience.
