Felman Early Childhood Consulting

For over 15 years, Gabrielle has worked as an Early Childhood Development Specialist. A passionate supporter of young children and their families, she specializes in early childhood development, play therapy, special education, and parent-child & family relationships.

Gabrielle designs and leads group programs for children from birth to age 5 and their caregivers. Her work in these groups focuses on the early development of social, emotional, and cognitive growth in young children and the pivotal role that their primary caregivers play within that process. Gabrielle presents on early and special needs education, and conducts workshops at schools for parents and teachers. She also works one-on-one with parents and children in her play-based private practice, which focuses on social and emotional learning, self-regulation, family relationships, and school success. Gabrielle is also the Senior Child Development Expert at Lovevery,  a developmental toy company and app.

Gabrielle earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Psychology from Boston University. She earned her master’s degree in Early Childhood General and Special Education from Bank Street College of Education and is certified and licensed in both General Education and Special Education. Additionally, she holds a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University and is a licensed clinical social worker. Gabrielle lives in Scarsdale with her husband, two young daughters, and dog, Lebron.

Little Learners NYC

Here at Little Learners NYC, we believe that each child should be treated as an individual and different learning styles should be celebrated. We provide one-on-one tutoring sessions for remedial work and enrichment in Literacy and Math. Additionally, we provide test preparation services. Daniel Riseman is a New York State certified teacher (Grades 7-12) in Mathematics, English Language Arts, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science, and Social Studies.
